Pathetic services , I called them a day before , took at appointment for the next day for 11:40, had to wait till 2 just to meet the doctor. When givent the samples for blood and urine test, the timeline was given next day just for cbc and when asked for reason , they attributed it to the software glitch ,over and above , i jad to wait for another 2 hour to get the ultrasound done . Overall if you are looking for smooth experience, this would not the right place

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very disappointing experience. The hospital management needs significant improvement. Patients are made to wait for extremely long periods, and there are not enough proper seating arrangements in the waiting area, causing inconvenience, especially for elderly patients and those who are unwell.

The registration process is very slow and inefficient, taking far more time than expected. Even after registration, getting a doctor’s appointment involves additional delays with little communication about waiting times.

A hospital should prioritize patient comfort and efficient service, but unfortunately this facility falls short in both areas. I hope the administration takes steps to improve the registration process, reduce waiting times, and provide adequate seating for patients and their attendants.
