After all this one TRANSVAGINAL SONOGRAPHY done to get status of genital organs that is UTERUS, FALLOPIAN TUBES, BOTH OVARIES etc.
After assessing, patient undergoes some blood tests and further evaluation started which include
1. Ovulation evaluation: This may involve tracking basal body temperature, ovulation predictor kits, or blood tests to measure hormone levels (e.g., progesterone) to confirm ovulation.
2. Hysterosalpingography (HSG): This is an X-ray procedure in which radiopaque dye is injected into the uterus of woman to evaluate whether fallopian tubes and open or not
3. Pelvic ultrasound: An ultrasound examination to assess the reproductive organs, including the ovaries and uterus.
4. Hormone testing: Blood tests to check hormone levels such as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), thyroid hormones, and prolactin. These tests can help detect possible hormone imbalances
